1-May-22 — Logseq 0.6.7, Workflow and Discussion Videos, Todo Management, Plugins

Pinch and a punch for the first of the month. Already May. Time is flying by and yet sometimes it feels like the amount of information we are trying to take in means that we need a good few extra hours per day. I have come to the conclusion that selective intake is important. We are trying to build a second brain with all the information possible so put ourselves under pressure to record everything possible and when we miss something or put too much pressure on ourselves to ensure we meet the Create part, we lose the joy.

Just being present in the now and taking in what feels important suffices. We should enjoy filling our PKM with what is important to us. And if nothing comes of it, so be it, at least we had some fun on the way.

Last week was also the first real post-Covid trip abroad. Had a week in Miami and everything went smoothly. It was interesting to see the number of inconsistencies that exist between the countries when it comes to Covid restrictions but hopefully travelling will become normal again soon.

With those inconsistencies out of the way, let’s see what Logseq has in store for us this week.
